My Last Haul of 2012

so I made a promise (i dont know how many times) that I would stop shopping. that hasn't worked out so well for me. but this time, I said I'd stop shopping for myself starting dec. today was an exception since I worked all weekend. I bought everything I wanted to & supposed (plus more). I also started Christmas shopping, I don't feel as bad. :) heheh

I finally found a chambray I was happy with. it was on sale too! as I was skimming at target, I also found two sheer blouses (blue & green). I was hesitant to get them, especially the blue one since I copped one from Charlotte already but I tried it on and had to buy them both. I have a bad impulse of buying in twos. I can't just have one. that's what happened at Charlotte.. had to buy the blue and yellow sheer top. and at urban.. I saved $60 on the cream and black cardigan. got it for $40 each. still a bit pricey but definitely worth it. I loved the grandma look :) can't wait to wear them. I got two Oxford flats (black from dsw for $40 & taupe from f21 for $12). the nude dress is from h&m. I finally found suspender tights at nordstrom for $25. really expensive for tights. anyways, all my arm candy are from Charlotte, pacsun, and forever 21. and I found the cute skirt at Charlotte for $6 and leopard bralette for $5. :) some pretty good deals. I'm quite happy. happy shopping everyone! now I'm going to continue shopping, but for everyone on my Christmas list.

Neutral Stripes

I had lunch with my cousin whom I haven't seen in a long time. it felt good to hang out with her and have family nearby again. of course, I run late per the usual so I just threw my patched elbow cardigan and uggs on. nothing like a comfy day!

Cyber Monday

the Monday after thanksgiving weekend usually means you shop online for super good deals, right? not this girl. I spent my day shopping at the mall. although, I did wake up to a handful of deals from my favorite shoe stores. so I did spend my morning buying boots. I snagged two boots, (lita and over the knee boots) for about $32 for both! I couldn't pass that up. it's such a good deal for boots!! I spent about $16 for each! I was excited! the only thing I wanted from urban outfitters from Black Friday was this purse. I didn't get it for 50% off but I still got it for a good price. and these sandals were only $6.99, so again, I had to buy. all the skirts in the picture was only $6 each! of course, I was a happy shopper. I can't wait to wear all of these! :)

Black Lace Coral

it's so chilly in michigan now. it recently started snowing and the weather dramatically dropped from the 60s to 30s. but that didnt stop me from wearing this super cute coral skirt I got during black friday. I was getting sad cause I bought all these adorable skirts and tops but it's not weather appropriate. adding tights really turns a spring outfit, into a chilly season one. and I'm definitely loving how black tights go with this coral skirt. can't wait to wear my other bright skirts with tights this season. :)

Black Friday

this post is a reminder for myself to never go out again to shop for Black Friday. never will I go to Great Lakes crossing when it opens for thanksgiving at 9pm. and never will I wake up for special deals. it is not worth my time and the deals arent that great for what we go through. girls are savages. I did go shopping and bought stuff, but not early in the morning and I did not wait in a line that wrapped around the entire store. that's just whack. I got some stuff Wednesday and Friday when everything died down. been in love with circle skirts and cropped tops lately.

Thanksgiving

got up early for church with the entire family. it's been a while since we all went together. the weather has been really great lately. I had a church outfit and a dinner outfit. we also put up our christmas tree :) hope you all had a great thanksgiving! it's my favorite Holliday!

Shopping Spree

just looking at everything I've gotten this past week makes me feel like I really have a problem. but I saw so many deals that I couldn't pass them up! this is my mini before thanksgiving shopping spree. I can't wait til Thanksgiving and Black Friday! Thanksgiving is always my favorite time of the year. my parents cook all of my favorite food and its the time my family put our Christmas tree up! and this is the first year Lucky is celebrating Christmas and the first year he'll get to see snow! I'm so excited!!!
